Last week, I started off the prototyping phase for some new products using my laser. And just when I was getting in a good grove, my temperamental and not so trusty laser decided to call it quits in spectacular fashion.
Burning electronics smell? Check.
Leaking from the front left corner? Also check.
The jury is still out on whether it’s the power supply or laser tube, but one thing’s for sure – it’s toast. Needless to say, I was super bummed.
But, thanks to my amazing parents, a brand new laser is arriving today. I am so excited to see what this thing can do – the possibilities are endless!
